A boiled egg, onion achar, <em>takana<\/em> (mustard greens) seasoned with mustard oil, daily side dishes and salad are also served together. When the food arrives, take a moment to enjoy the aroma of the spices and broth before eating. The spicy and tangy flavor is simply delicious. Top your second bite with onion achar, an Indian-style pickle.
